Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment: At Skimzwear, we stand behind every piece we sell. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we want to make it right. This policy outlines exactly how our return and refund process works — clearly, honestly, and without hidden conditions.

1. Our 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request. Requests submitted after the 30-day window has closed will not be accepted under any circumstances, so we encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all the conditions outlined in Section 2 of this policy. Not all items are eligible for return — please read Section 5 carefully before initiating a request.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

  • The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • All original tags, labels, and hygiene liners are fully intact and attached
  • The item has not been altered, damaged, or dry-cleaned
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible
  • The return is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • The item does not fall into the non-returnable categories listed in Section 5
Hygiene Policy — Please Read: As a provider of intimate apparel, the health and hygiene of all our customers is our absolute priority. Any item that shows evidence of being worn, that has had its hygiene liner removed, or that carries any odour, staining, or physical alteration will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender at their expense. This policy exists to protect every customer who purchases from us and is non-negotiable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We have made our returns process as straightforward as possible. Please follow these steps in order:

Contact Our Returns Team

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Receive Your Return Authorisation

Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed eligibility, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide you with our returns address. Do not send any items before receiving your RMA — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Pack & Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging where possible, clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

We Inspect & Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 1–3 business days to confirm it meets our return eligibility conditions. You will be notified by email of the outcome of the inspection.

Receive Your Refund

Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to a different card or payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

Refund Amount

  • Refunds cover the product price only — original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfilment error on our part
  • If a promotional discount was applied at checkout, the refund reflects the actual amount paid, not the full retail price

Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from approval notification, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, in compliance with health and hygiene standards and industry regulations:

  • Any item where the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items returned without an authorised RMA number
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Items that show signs of damage, odour, staining, or alteration not caused by a manufacturing defect
Why We Have Strict Hygiene Standards: We hold ourselves to the same standards that every reputable intimate apparel retailer upholds. These conditions exist not to make returns difficult, but to ensure that every customer who purchases a Skimzwear piece receives a product that is genuinely new, uncompromised, and worthy of the Skimzwear name.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the eligible item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible, particularly during periods of high demand where specific styles may sell out.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right — at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit or due to a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrectly picked (wrong item, size, or colour from what you ordered)
  • Missing components that were listed as included in the product description

Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and offer you a full replacement or complete refund — your choice.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has begun.

  • Orders cancelled before fulfilment will receive a full refund with no deductions
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the standard return process once your order is delivered

9. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless your return is the result of a manufacturing defect or a fulfilment error made by our team, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot process returns for items that do not arrive at our facility. Skimzwear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

10. Governing Policy & Contact

This Return & Refund Policy is part of our full Terms and Conditions and is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Beauty Gallery LLC d/b/a Skimzwear reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
